Death
Recent years, the artist felt no matter, but because of the heavy load in the theater and on television did not want to spend time on doctors, fearing to summarize the leaders. The doctors still decided on several urgent operations, which were fully successful. The last six months actor spent on a hospital bed under a tireless supervision of physicians, but oncology has already penetrated the body too deep. Metastases caused the death of the actor.
Alexander Lenkov died on April 21, 2014, and two days later the funeral was held on the Troyekov cemetery. In the first days, his photo and the cross were installed on the actor's grave, then relatives and friends ordered a monument.
