If it comes to ballroom dancing, in Russia, Stanislav Popov became such a star, who, together with Lyudmila Popova, won the title of the best pair of ballroom dance performers in the Soviet Union. Later, Stanislav took the position of Head of the Russian Dance Union, became the honorary vice president of the World Dance Union (WDC) and the owner of the Dance "Oscar" Carl Alan Awards.Childhood and youth
Stanislav Grigorievich Popov was born in an intelligent Moscow family, he was educated in the metropolitan school at the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences. He from early childhood was a moving and sports guy. He liked to dance from the young years, but at first his free time the boy gave sport. At 17, Popov reached the results on the triathlon, becoming the winner of the Moscow Championship, but he did not stop and soon became a master of sports on a pentathlon.

In 1984, Stanislav Popov was elected president of the Russian Dance Union. Over time, RTS received the right to participate in the International Organization - World Dance Council (WD & DSC).
In 1988, Popov organized the I All-Union Ballroom Dance Competition. Over the years, the famous choreographer participated in the work of the World Dance Council. Several years was Vice President WDC, which owns special powers.
Since 2001, under the leadership of Stanislav, the official WDC championships in Russia are regularly held: Latin American, European, 10 dances.

In this marriage, the son of Nikita was born. Some time after his birth, the spouse broke up, but support friendships. Irina opened a dance school. Nikita is a lawyer-an international, the only one of the children of Popov, who is interested in dancing, however, in the style of disco.
For the third time, Popov went to the registry office with Tatiana Pechersnaya. The woman was also dancing, but then found himself in another industry, worked in a telecommunications company, graduated from American University of Economics and Business. Tatyana freely talks in 5 languages. In his free time, helped her husband to prepare debutants on the Viennese Balls.
