Sholban Valerevich Kara Ool was born on July 18, 1966. His homeland is the village of Chodorah Ulug-Hemsky district of the Tuvinian ASSR. In an interview, he repeatedly recognized that his interest in the activity for the benefit of society was born under the influence of parents.
Father Valery Khovalyhovich graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Personal Institute, headed school and village council in a number of villages. Mother Anai Balchirovna taught his native language, was a socialist and female participant. In addition to Scholban, they raised two more sons - Leonid and Yuri, who also chose a career of politicians. Kara Ool recalls that his family has moved many times from one area to another.

Then it is time to get higher education. The young man entered the Ural State University. A. M. Gorky at the Faculty of Philosophy. From 1989 to 1990, he was intensified in the Far Eastern State University (now the Far Eastern Federal University). True, then Scholban understood that the scientific path was not for him, and dreamed of the socio-political service. In 1993, Kara Ool completed his studies in graduate school, but not as a philosopher, but as a sociologist.
Career and politics

The political career of Scholban began in 1998, when he was elected first by the deputy, and then the Chairman of the Supreme Huhura (Parliament) of the Republic of Tyva. Subsequently, he had a chance to be Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs in the Federation Council (2000-2001), First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Tyva (2003-2005).
On April 3, 2007, on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Parliament of the Republic examined the candidacy of Kara Oola for the post of chairman of the government. After 3 days, Scholban Valerevich was approved for the position, on May 18, the inauguration took place.
In 2012, United Russia presented to President Dmitry Medvedev candidates for the post of head of the region. Among them was Kara Ool - his candidacy was supported by Medvedev himself, and unanimously voted deputies.
During his stay at Sholban Valerevich, she implemented such gubernatorial projects as "one village - one product" (2013), "Tyva - the territory of order" (2013), "in every family - at least one child with higher education" (2014- 2020), "Health Route" (2014), "Kyshtag for a young family" (2016) and others.
On May 23, 2016, Kara Ool resigned at his own request. Vladimir Putin adopted his statement. On the same day, the decree of President Sholban Valerievich was appointed Vrio of the head of the Republic of Tyva. On September 18, 2016, the election of the head of the Republic of Tyva took place, in which Kara Ool won, gaining 85.66% of the votes.
Personal life
