The rock scene is oversaturated with impressive groups. In the abundance of competitors, performers are trying to stand out, attract listeners. However, there are those who manage to make a name without noisy PR shares, exclusively at the expense of high-quality music. These include Escape The Fate - bright representatives of post-hard cortex and metal, whose history of creation began in 2004.The history of creation and composition
The idea of creating Escape The Fate belonged to Guitarist Brian Mani. In 2004, he discussed the concept of rock band with friends - vocalist Ronnie Radka and Bassist Max Green. Inspired by the works of Marilyn Manson, Guns N 'Roses, Thesed, Cannibal Corpse, Korn and other representatives of Emocore, Metal, post-hard-cortex, they began to rehearse.
Over time, the Escape The Fate joined the drummer Robert Ortis (the only participant in the initial composition, which is still faithful to the group), the rhythm guitarist Omar Espinos and Kraso Karson Allen.
In September 2005, Escape The Fate included a music competition with the same novice groups from Las Vegas, Nevada. Competition on the local Radio was judged by My Chemical Romance. Young Legends Post-Hard-Bark appreciated the originality of Escape The Fate and gave them victory. It has become a push to conclude a contract with a record company Epitaph.
Music
In May 2006, the light saw the debut mini compilation Escape The Fate - There's No Sympathy for the Dead, and in September - a full-fledged album Dying Is Your Latest Fashion. On the cover - photo Mandy Murdors, ex-girls Radka. The album includes 11 songs of their own essay. The plate did not thunder, but I remembered, hitting the 12th place in the Top Heatseekers chartsekers and on the 19th at Top Independent Albums.One album turned out to be enough for the initial composition of Escape The Fate scattered as a card house. The first for personal reasons the group was left allen and espinos. In May 2006, Rada Vlip in the criminal history in which a 18-year-old young man died. Taking into account the drug addiction of the singer, the court appointed him 5 years conditionally and rehabilitation.
In June 2008, Radeka forgot to celebrate the curator. He was arrested, and the suspended time turned into a real - 2 years in prison. Escape The Fate, not wanting to associate his music with crimes, fired vocalist immediately after the court decision. The last entry in which Rade was participating - a mini collection of SITUATIONS (2007).
The place of Rade was taken by Craig Mabbit. At first, the singer was viewed as a temporary participant, but several concerts proved his compliance with the philosophy of Escape The Fate. Mabbit's voice is decorated with a group discography from the 2nd album of This War Is Ours (2008).
This War Is Ours turned out to be much more successful than the predecessor. Clips on Something songs, 10 Miles Wide and This War Is Ours (The Guillotine II) were broadcast on MTV, and the album took the 35th place in Billboard 200, disperse a circulation of 13 thousand copies for the first week. Such popularity allowed Escape The Fate to go to the world tour.
The following album Escape The Fate (2010) was recorded on the Interscope label. The group calls the record "medicine from a modern musical epidemic." A unique heavy and gloomy sound managed to achieve under the sensitive leadership of the producer of Don Gilmor, who improved the Album Escape The Fate, without interfering in music. The material turned out so high-quality that the group wanted to release a double disk, but as a result, 6-7 songs had to postpone the next album.
In July 2010, Escape The Fate went on tour in South and Central America. The route further followed the USA, Canada and Europe, but some of the concerts had to cancel - Max Green went to rehab. He was temporarily replaced by Thomas Bell, which is now a permanent member of the group.
The next 3 albums are then discussed by Escape The Fate: Ungrateful (2013), HATE ME (2015) and I Am Human (2018). The last one was honored with the 8th place in the InDependent Albums list according to the Billboard and 13th - in Top Hard Rock Albums.
Escape The Fate now
According to the schedule of performances published on the official website, in the fall of 2019, Escape The Fate played about 20 concerts with Blessthefall, another representatives of the metal.
The group also announced a mini-tour in South America in Instagram. It began in October 2019 and passed in Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Brazil.
