Ilya Vadimovich Shuvalov was born in 1983 in the Ivanovo region. However, childhood and the youth of the future businessman passed in Surgut, where his parents were distributed. It was in this city that he graduated from school and also decided to enter the university.Initially, the young man studied at the local higher education institution for a lawyer, but then decided to translate to Moscow, where he later finished learning. Ilya Vadimovich Shuvalov learned on a lawyer, but in the end I decided to go on another path - I decided to try myself as an entrepreneur.

Ilya Vadimovich opened his first case in Surgut - a city that can be called his relatives. A young businessman decided to occupy a niche of a restaurant business. He has long thought over the concept of his institution, worked on his appearance. So the Liberty restaurant appeared in Surgut - now for the city it is already a marked place. The institution quickly gained popularity among Surgutyan. In many ways, its success is due to the fact that for residents of the city, the format proposed by Shuvalov was also unusual. Then in Surgut, European-style restaurants were not too common. Liberty wondered as the establishment of the capital level: with a bright interior and dishes of Western cuisine.

Of course, the days of Ilya Shuvalov are filled with not only one work. At the moment, the entrepreneur lives in Moscow with his second wife, communicates with her daughter from the first marriage. One of his main hobbies is fishing.
