Mikhail Kanduyevich Museum was born in the Volgograd region, in the village of New Rogachik on January 1, 1959. In early childhood, together with the parents, the boy moved to Kalmykia.

Career
Having received a higher education, the young lawyer went to the region where he was born - in the Volgograd region. Soon the elderly mother and the father, whom the son pledged to support to the end of his life.Meanwhile, his working career started: Mikhail grew up to the investigator from the intern of the prosecutor's office, and then headed the department in the region to investigate particularly important cases of the Investigative Committee (SC).
