In 1982, the audience saw a film called "Kaleidoscope of Horrors" - a joint painting of George Romero and Stephen King. This tape, created by the exciting comics of the 50s, consists of Kinononell ("Prolog", "Fathers Day", "Lonely Death of Jordei Verill", "Let the tide will cover you," "Box", "they are crawling on you" and "Epilogue"), which are similar to classic "bikes from the crypt." In 1988, Romero removes the drama "Monkey-killer", and in the 1990s produces "Night of the Living Dead" - a color remake of his debut creation. The new century begins for George from the surrealistic film "Rained" (2000). The picture tells about Henry Crydlow (Jason Fleming) - a man who tries to be exemplary in everything. But one day in the morning, waking up in the literal sense without a face, the young man is deprived of the most important thing - his individuality. Further Romero continued an adored theme and removed a number of films: "Dead Earth" (2005), "Dead Diaries" (2007) and "Survival of the Dead" (2009), and in 2010 the master wrote a script for "madmen."
Personal life
Romero never loved excess chatter and counted silent gold. He was always convinced that horror films were in no way related to a major budget, and believed that good cinema could be removed with the task and without the use of special effects. As for personal life, with his future wife, actress Christine Forrest Director met in 1976 on the filming of Martin. Next, Forrest starred still in a number of works of her husband: "Knights-rider", "horror kaleidoscope", "Monkey-killer", etc.It is known that Christine presented George two children, but their relationship went into a dead end. Also Romero from 1971 to 1978 was married to the costumes Nancy Romero, but information about this woman is extremely scarce. The next parent Matra became Suzanna Deroshe. Death
July 16, 2017, George Romero left in the capital of Canada. The cause of death is a short, but the brutal struggle with lung cancer. The great creator of Zombie Horrores quietly died in a dream and in the last minutes of life he listened to music from the favorite movie "Quiet Man" (1952).
