Khalid was born on July 15, 1993 in the village of Igali Gumbetovsky district, Dagestan. The father of the future fighter Ashabali Murtazaliyev, since childhood, taught his son to sport and a healthy lifestyle. When the boy has grown, the man took him to the Kekusinkai karate section.
The child became enthusiastically to engage in a loved sport and soon already participated in junior and youthful competitions. After graduating from school in his native Dagestan, the guy moved to Rostov. Here entered the law faculty of the Rostov Institute of Economics and Law. At one of the university events, Khalid met the young coach Magomeda Shikhabekova - in the past successful MMA fighter, who invited him to his sports club "Legion." Here it began to climb the fighter to the heights of professional sports.
