Yuri Albertovich's biography began in the summer of 1961 in the city of Zagorsk, now Sergiev Posad, Moscow region. It was there that he was born and lived with his family to 6 years. The boy was brought up by intelligent parents, his mother by Nationality Belorusk, graduated from the Faculty of History of the Belarusian State University.
Father worked as a state adviser to the Justice of the 2nd class. In addition to him, in the family there was another child, Brother Konstantin, who was named after the grandfather on the mother line.
