The biography of Sevidov Anton Olegovich began on May 11, 1980 in the capital of Belarus - Minsk. The boy was born in a sports family: his uncle Yuri was a football player, and Grandfather Alexander - coach. As a child, little Anton visited Dynamo sports school, where she took tennis lessons.
When the boy was 8 years old, he randomly turned out to be overlooking the local choir "Vessenka". The leaders immediately felt the potential in Sevidov and offered him to become one of the participants of the musical team. For a whole year, the child burst between tennis and singing. Parents, watching the son hard, offered him to concentrate on something one. Anton opted his choice on music.
At the age of 9 years, the boy became a student of the experimental branch of the Music School named after Vladimir Stasov, in which, in addition to classical items, was studied such directions as rock and jazz. It was there that he became interested in the game on the synthesizer and the composition of his own compositions in parallel with piano and vocals.
When Anton was 12 years old, he met the famous Soviet jazz musician by Omun Mikhail Moiseevich and became his student. At the same time, Sewidov's speeches were held in the Television Program "Morning Star", where he performed the compositions in Soul-Jazz genre (Ray Charles and Stevie Wander) and reached the final.
In 1994, the young man successfully passed the entrance examinations to the State Music School of Pop and Jazz Art on the keyboard office. In an educational institution, he created his first team called Citric Acid, who performed in Moscow clubs and on jazz festivals.
When Anton was 16 years old, his father was tragically died. And since the mother did not work, a young musician was forced to provide a family, engaged in the manufacture of arrangements for artists, DJing and performing jazz in local restaurants. Sevidov took the Grand Prix at the Music Competition "Crystal notched" in 1997, and the $ 10 thousand presented to him spent on new equipment - sampler and vinyl players.
A year later, the guy graduated from the school with a red diploma and at that same time won the Grand Prix of another contest - "Crystal Challenge" for the best jazz composition. Next, Anton became a student of the Russian Academy of Music named after Gnesins, hitting the teacher Igor Bil. However, the young man never graduated from the university.
Music
In 2002, Sevidov gathered a new team of Neonaut, which Boris Lifshitz, Alexey Belyaev, Ilya Shapovalov and Nikolai Sarabianov. They began to give concerts throughout Russia and even performed at the popular festival "invasion". The creation of the group was not electronic, but acoustic, inspired songs Muse and Radiohead.A year after the formation of "neonauts", a big tragedy occurred in the personal life of Anton - his mother died. The guy expressed her experiences in the lyrical composition "My tear". Simultaneously with this sad event, the sound and style of the group towards New Weiva and electronics of the era of the 80s were transformed. In 2005, the project was closed.
By 2007, Seviges gathered a large number of unnecessary songs that he began to hastily record. The guy decided to give a new project to Tesla Boy thanks to the imagination of one of his buddies, who compared the musician with the physicist Nikola Tesla, and his music - with electricity. Debut compositions were named Fire and Electric Lady.
Two years later, united with the bassist Dmitry Gubnitsky and Drummer Boris Lifshitz, the musician gave the first open concert at the Moscow club Mio, after which a large number of people learned about the Tesla Boy group. Next, they presented the same mini-album, the records of which contributed to cooperation with the Mullet label from the UK. The track tracks were often set on the Air Force Radio Station.
In 2010, 2 new members joined the musical team - the drummer Mikhail Studentil and guitarist Konstantin Pravalin. In the updated composition of Tesla Boy, they recorded and released the album Modern Thrills, presenting it at the Strelka Club. Musicians began to perform at the festivals - the Russian "Picnic" Poshishi ", Serbian Exit, Norwegian Insomnia. In addition, the group went to debut tour in Barcelona.
The next 2 years were marked for the team by performances at warming up of the popular British Hurts duet at concerts in Russia, a tour of Sweden and Finland, the release of SPLIT and Fantasy tracks, as well as clips on them, participation in the New York Full Moon Festival.
In 2013, Tesla Boy announced the release of the new musical collection of The Universe Made of Darkness, which the team participants presented at concerts in Russia, USA, Ukraine and Mexico. At home, they went on tour together with the Australian group CUT COPY.
After 2 years, the musicians almost finished recording songs on a new plate, but the leader of the team decided to freeze the process of entering the album, as it was considered to radically change the sound of new compositions. A little later, Tesla Boy announced the single Nothing and went to the US tour, which included visiting 4 cities - Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco and Portland.
On March 20, 2016, the electropop group made a big concert and an updated program in Gogol Center. In the summer, a new EP called Moses consisting of 5 compositions was presented. And on October 19, 2018, the musicians released the third studio album called Remedy, the record of which lasted a year and a half in different parts of the world.
Personal life
Earlier, the girl of the talented musician was DJ and the model Dasha Malygin. Lovers even gathered in 2012, but the joint life did not strengthen the relationship, and the couple broke up. Also, the singer met with Karina Istomine - a journalist, model and DJ, but also with her withdrawal spread. After that, the girl wrote a heartbreaking article in which he told about how to survive all the stages of heavy break.
Since 2015, Anton Sevidov is in relations with the Russian actress of the theater and cinema by Alexandra Revenko. Their acquaintance took place in the walls of the theater after the performance, in which a creative girl took part.
