Future politician was born in the summer of 1946 in Aule Gebguda, Tlyaratinsky district, Dagestan Autonomous ASSR, by nationality. Career and politics
In the youth of Abdulatipov tried to develop a versatile, participated in public events, there is in his biographies and party activities. In September 2013, Abdulatipov officially becomes the new head of the Republic of Dagestan and starts activities with a new management system. The President of Russia accepted Ramazan's resignation and almost immediately released a decree on the appointment of a man by the representative of Russia on humanitarian and economic cooperation with the states of the Caspian region. And in December 2018, he switched to the position of social representative of the Russian Federation in organizing Islamic cooperation.
Personal life
In addition to politics, Abdulatipov was also engaged in science.
