The biography of the future engineer began on November 11, 1940. He was born and spent his childhood in the village of Creating Shabalinsky district of the Kirov region. He studied at the local school. And when he received a certificate of maturity, he moved to Kharkov and had already entered the Ukrainian correspondence Polytechnic Institute (now the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy). Career
Because Boris Aleksandrovich received an education in absentia, he combined training with work and already in 1966 he settled on the power plant of the CDC of the Cervozky Metallurgical Plant.
