For his biography, Zhitinsky told in detail himself. The writer told that he was born in Simferopol on January 19, 1941. Father Nikolai Stepanovich served in naval aviation, and Antonina Illarionna's mother was a housewife.
In the war years, the family left the peninsula and moved the Volgograd region, from there in 1946 he moved to the Rostov region. In the first class, the small Sasha went in Moscow, and he graduated from high school in Vladivostok, where the father was sent.
The profession Alexander chose the technical, enrolling in the Polytechnic Institute in the Far East. Due to the change of residence, the student was translated three times into different educational institutions. In the last university, he entered the graduate school, and later began to work in the same time at the Department of Physics. In 1978, he completely went into literature.
Books
The first creation appeared in 1962. It was a poem, after which Zhitinsky realized that he was a writer. After 14 years, his poems began to print publishers, and the prose appeared in the books. The first edition of the "Voices", published in 1977. Two years later, Alexander Nikolayevich accepted the Union of Writers in his composition.
In the early 80s, Alexander tried himself as a scriptwriter - the film "Unicum" was filmed by his scenario. The work in the movie became part of his life, and in the following years more than a dozen artistic and documentaries on the scenarios of Zhitinsky were shot. Since 1986, the writer entered the Union of Cinematographers.
In the 1980s, rock music appears in the life of the Zhitinsky. At that time, the rock was exclusively in the underground, there were almost no open platforms for performances, and the rehearsals of the musicians of this genre were held in apartments and basements. Alexander began writing about this direction of the article and publish them in the journal "Aurora" called "Note Rock-Amateur". Hobby so tightened the author that he became a member of the jury of rock festivals and organized them twice.
One of the most famous books of the writer was the biography of Rock singer Viktor Tsoi called "Viktor Tsoi. Poems, documents, memories ", published in 1991. Rocker fans nicknamed the book of their "Bible". Later, in 2009, a documentary story was published on the basis of the previous edition, in which the author added an interview with the musician parents and photos from family archives and called "Tsoi Forever".
In the 90s, the documentary organized its publishing house "New Helikon", which collaborated mainly with the authors from St. Petersburg. For the last years of his life, Alexander Nikolaevich wrote for Internet resources, including for the web division "Nevalink". The recent literary work in the bibliography was the novel "Swallun" in the magazine version of 2011.
Personal life
The Zhitinsky is a rich personal life. For the first time he married back in 1961, Olga daughter and son Sergei were born in this marriage. In the Second Union, Alexander's daughter appeared, and in the last marriage - Anastasia.With all children, a large father has excellent relations, three seniors worked with him in "Nevalyn". Elena Valentinovna's third wife leads her husband's publishing house.
Death
On January 25, 2012, Alexander Olga's daughter wrote in his blog that his father died. The cause of death is not indicated, but the writer did not have serious diseases, passed from life in the 72nd year.
At the time of the death, he was in Finland. From there, the body was taken to Vasilyevsky Island, where a farewell paneir was held. February 4, Alexander Zhitinsky was buried at the Komarovsky cemetery.
