The full name of the athlete - Said Karimulla Said Vakhidulla Khalili. He was born in the Moscow region, in Mesto, September 2, 1998. The father of the boy, the Afghanism, arrived in the capital in the 1990s to study and met the future wife. Mother and Grandfather Karim were biathlon fans, so Halley at child age visited tournaments and knew the rules of this sport.
In an interview, the young man says that the first impression of biathlon received in 2010, visiting the World Cup in Contiolachti. He was fascinated by the achievements of Ule Einar Bjorndalena. Seeing the idol in him, the young man decided to devote himself to sports and persuaded his parents to give him to the biathlon section.
Father opposed, as it dreamed that the son would prefer martial arts. Karim suggested that he passed 50 km on skis and proved that the selected occupation is not inferior to the complexity by the fact that he offered the Hali-senior.
A multinational family adhered to several traditions at once, so the young man celebrated Muslim and Christian holidays. The first trainingings of Karim Khalili took place in the educational institution "Youth of Moscow". His preparation was led by the teacher Elena Agarkov. In 2016, the athlete debuted at the II Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer as a representative of the Russian national team.
