Biography
In June 2019, Vengaboys delivered devoted fans with the release of a festive mini album on the occasion of their 20th anniversary. In Unplugged # 1's included two legendary hits - boom, boom, boom, boom !! and We're Going to Ibiza!, recorded "live" under the accompaniment of acoustic instruments. On the last single, the video clip was also released, under which the audience left enthusiastic comments.The history of creation and composition
In the late 90s, two Dutch friends and producer Wessel Van Diepen and Dennis Van Den DRiesschen, they are Danski and Delmundo, achieving success in organizing illegal beach parties, seized for writing music for Party and hired for this vocalists.
They had the first to face Kim Sasabone, later the performer was joined by Denise Post-Van Rijswijk, Robin Pors and Roy Den Burger. In the course of work on the Nakatomi project, the future stars of the European Scene and invented the famous name Vengaboys for their group.
During the existence of the team, its composition has repeatedly changed: Robin took up the solo career 2 years after the history of the creation of the group began, but exactly across the decade was again among the participants. For replacement, he came out Yorick Bakker, who served faith and truth until 2002, and then from 2006 to 2009.
At the start of zero, the team decided to decay, returning to the scene in 2006 with the new singer Donny Latupeirissa instead of Roy.
Music
The discography of artists began in the fourth April day of 1998 with a collection of Up & Down - The Party Album, consisting of 14 tracks and containing dance Up & Down and We Like to Party (The Vengabus). The following year, the group recorded the second on the part of The Party Album, where the famous compositions boom, boom, boom, boom were settled !!, in front of which the Russian "virus" once did not have stood on his "handles", and WE 'Re Going to Ibiza.The "platinum album" came out in March 2000 and also had noisy success, but soon the team released the most failing at that time Single Forever As One. Soon, Vengaboys left two leading participants, they tried to replace them with others, but as a result, the team announced his temporary disbandment.
The reunion occurred in 2006, when the soloists did not get out of the tour and did not stop hands working to create new products and trowels on well-known hits. Soon the long-awaited Xmas Party album appeared from under the pen of the musicians.

The idea to overwrite the legendary songs and combine them in EP came to Vengaboys on one of the speeches:

We recorded several options for compositions - alone right behind the scenes, others already in the hotel rooms. "In honor of the 20-year-old anniversary, the team went to the touring tour 2019-2020, his dates, like fresh photos with news, are posted on the official website of Vengaboys, as well as on social networks. The web page also provides a brief biography of each soloist, indicating their distinctive character traits and creative pseudonyms.
In 2019, the Internet newspaper Nu.NL declared countrymen to the most successful Dutch group in the genre of pop music in history.
