The music team was formed in 2009 in Blagoveshchensk. Initially, the project had another name - The Fragments. With troubled material, young musicians led by the founder of the group, the author of the songs and the soloist Tatyana Tkachuk performed in the cities of the Far East. Over time, the team collapsed, and then all project participants moved to Moscow, each separately.
In 2010, the musicians again gathered in the group, which was called "My Michel". The creator of the project reported in an interview that 50 options were prepared for the command name. Each participant has shutting up at one point until two entries remained. The assessed coin pointed to the version "Michel", taken from the song of the song of the Liverpool fourth of The Beatles. The remaining option is "Polaroid" - the performers were then used to name the composition.
Music
In a short time, the young team managed to loudly declare themselves. Magnetic and gentle voice of Tatiana, stylish synti-pop, sophisticated texts with references to world arts came to listeners in the shower. The team began to regularly give concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg, both in small cozy clubs and large sites.The popularity of the project grew in geometric progression, the musicians participated in the festivals "invasion", "Kuban" and others. At the same time, the team made the original tribute to hit the "speed" along with artists from Mumiy Troll. In February 2013, performers submitted to the metropolitan public a debut plate "I like you." The material for the album was preparing for 2 years. The disk turned out to be high-quality, received high assessments of musical critics and fans of the project.
The team members were inspired when creating a plate creativity Katy Perry, Joy Division, Zhanna Aguzarova and other alternative musicians and groups. Tracks have absorbed the traditions of rock, disco, pop music, funk and other destinations. The songs of the album "I like you", "Yuna" and others became hits.
In 2014, My Michel became the winner of the Work & Rock Battle contest, the creators of which were the leader of the Mumi Troll group and Showman Ivan Urgant. As a prize, the team got the opportunity to write a mini-format album with a popular Sound Producer Paul Shevchuk. Next year, the musicians won a well-deserved victory in the project "Home Scene".
This victory was the beginning of the cooperation of the participants of the group with producer Igor Matvienko. As a result of the creative union, the album appeared on the light with the shock name "Dura". In 2015, the clip was removed, the basis for which the composition was served. In the fall of the same year, the project issued a release "Chemistry".
In the summer of 2016, Tatiana with the team and DJ SMASH recorded the Joint Song "Dark Alleys". At the same time, a clip was released on the track, and a year later the composition received the nomination "Muz-TV Prize" as the best duet. Also in 2016, a new plate of the project "Sustain" was published. The team members again turned to styles to mix, along with the traditional synth-pop, elements of romance and other musical genres appeared.
Next year, the musicians took up the shooting clips on the composition from the release of "sucks", and in the fall presented fans the movie "Cinema" disc, which included the soundtrack group created by the Soundtrack group.
