Ernst Rifgatovich Muldashev - Bashkir by nationality. He was born in the village of Verne-Serpenovo on January 1, 1948. The boy grew up with his brother, graduated from school in Salavat. An important role in the choice of profession was played by the experience of the doctor and brother, who decided to continue the dynasty. At first, Ernst planned to tie a biography with geology, but replaced priorities.
The young man entered the Bashkir State Medical Institute. Already in 1972, Muldashev Jr. received a diploma, after which it settled to work in the Research Institute of Eye Diseases in Ufa.

For 10 years, Ernst Doros to the position of the head of the department of reconstructive and plastic surgery of the Research Institute.
