In October 2001, people interested in science celebrated the 200th anniversary of Joseph Plato, Belgian physics invented by a stroboscope. Childhood and youth

Joseph Antoman Ferdinan Plateau was born on October 14, 1801 in the family of an artist Antoine, former by the Nationality of Belgian. Death
