Plot
The film is going on in a provincial city where the fighter of Sasha Kuchin Sasha Kuchin is coming back from service. A simple Russian guy dreams that Russia becomes the best country in the world and her citizens lived well. The hero is not going to abandon the army lifestyle and habits even "on a citizen", but the inhabitants of the city and the neighbors of Sasha are not happy about the changes and the rules that Kuchin brought from the army and is trying to apply in a new life.Having accounted for a security guard, Alexander responsibly refers to the fulfillment of duties. However, soon understands that there are other rules in the usual world and reign corruption, drunkenness and lawlessness. The ideal of the ideal world is divided into severe reality, but Kuchin still dreams of putting order in his hometown.
