The history of the creation of Clap as a participant in the television educational project began in 1974. Then Rose Kurbatova, the head of the Department of Preschool Education, visited the United States. There she saw that Sesame Street was surchated on TV, which later became an international program (in Russia was broadcast called "Sesame Street").
