Computer special effects firmly settled in the 21st century and allow not only to improve images, but also supplement the plot of unthinkable paintings. Who would have thought in the 1900s that the technologies would go so far that to portray the outer space, the apocalypse, the parallel or invented world would be able to use visual and mechanical techniques. As you know, an excess of taste kills taste, and therefore in 2020, as never been valuable scenes, removed without the use of special effects - about them and will be discussed in the article.

"Apocalypse Today" (1979)

About the shooting of the "Oscalipse" Foreign film "Apocalypse Today", filmed by Francis Ford Coppil, they say both about the most difficult: hundreds of renovated doubles, replacing the main character, the heart attack of Martin Tire, the use of alcohol in the frame.

The director gave permission to arson the part of the Philippine jungle and provided military helicopters to pour gasoline. The scene turned out to be bright and memorable, but in 2020 such liberty would cause if not a sensational scandal, then difficulties with coordination.

"Gandhi" (1982)

Funeral Gandhi.

The director of the biographical picture Richard Attenboro went down in history as a man who managed to collect a record number of people for extras. The episode with the procession at the funeral of Mahatma Gandhi is not computer graphics. The detachments of the Indian military became marching ordinary citizens, another 98 thousand people trained the image of the sorrow, and approximately 250 thousand people were just for shooting the scene.

"Dark Knight" (2008)

British and American film director Christopher Nolan believes that the use of computer effects is appropriate if practical applicable cannot be applied. Cool guys do not turn into an explosion. The main hospital of Gotama is a real building, however, the media did not define, there was an abandoned candy factory or specially erected scenery. It remained only to properly decompose explosives around the perimeter of the building so that it is evenly destroyed, - so from the first flock it turned out a bright scene of an explosion with a joker in the foreground.

During the filming, 39 vehicles suffered: some were burned, others blew up, others were broken. And for shooting the scene in which the Joker's wagon makes Kuwark, blocked the street in Chicago. The use of a pile piston made it possible to remove the frame without special effects.

"Start" (2010)

And this foreign film Christopher Nolan tried to remove the graphics memorable without using. So, the scene in which the locomotive tall cars on the street is lively. Only a ray asphalt was added, since the train movement was carried out on rails.

Frame from the film

"Mad Max: Fur Road" (2015)

Guitar flamethrower, amazing vehicles in this insane film "Live". Film critics argue that graphic effects do not overshadow the practical, why the film becomes "spicy".

The scene in which the canyon explosion occurs, removed without special effects: the stone canyon "added" the necessary partition and received the permission of the host of a quarry into several explosions. Final chase frames were also shot from a helicopter without the use of technologies: fuel trucks stated by explosives were brought to the shooting area, and set fire to. Dorissed except cars near the explosion.

"Fast and Furious 7" (2015)

For shooting Pictures "Fast and Furious 7" in the Arizona desert, 300-350 cars were purchased, of which survived 30. The director Dennis McCarthy claims that all scenes in the film were removed without the use of graphics, even a bright, technically complex episode with a car whisching on the parachutes. Nevertheless, in 2014, the creators stated that they would use in some frames the graphic image and doubles of Paul Walker, tragically died in an accident during the shooting period.

"T-34" (2019)

Completes the selection of the Russian military film "T-34", filmed by the director Alexei Sidorov. For the greatest conviction, in the image of the events of the Great Patriotic War, they took a really beaten T-34, repaired the engine and painted. In addition to the legendary tank, a real German steam locomotive appears in episodes. Where the film crew managed to get it - unknown.

Konstantin Pakhotin, engaged in productions, for a month recreated the village in the Kaluga region, worked out the smallest details (props, finishing of houses). Thanks to the painstaking operation of the artist-director, the episode of destruction became bright and memorable.
