Evgeny Smorigin was born in Minsk on January 28, 1979 in the driver's family and teacher of kindergarten. The creative tendencies of the boy were noticeable since childhood. He was a joker and a balagen. Zhenya changed 3 schools and graduated from the Republican Lyceum at the Belarusian State Conservatory. In school years, as a result of a funny situation, the young man received a nickname of emergency, which for a long time consolidated after him. Despite stuttering, Smorgin entered the theater institute and became a student of the direction "Actor Operetta".
Yevgeny participated in the activities of the KVN team, which was called "PE". Flowing as a circle of interest, gradually it became a professional team and in 1997 he participated in the games of the Belarusian club cheerful and resourceful. The wife had to make a difficult choice between the career in KVN and in the theater, since festival activity took a large amount of time. He preferred a club fun and resourceful, and in 1999 was expelled from the Institute.
Later, Eugene entered the Pedagogical University and received a specialty "psychologist." An acquaintance with Sergey Atrophchenko, who invited Smororgigin to his team.
