The history of the creation of Quiet Riot is connected with Randy Roads and Kelly Garni, who met in Los Angeles in the early 1970s. At first, they developed the instrumental direction, because it was worth finding vocalists.

A couple of years formed trio experimented with directions and genres and, finally, stopped on heavy music under the Quiet Riot logo. The name arose thanks to the communication with the Englishman Ricka Parfitt, whose accent due to the complexity of understanding became the subject of many acute.
In 1975, the team was replenished with a drummer and in such a composition went on stage to play the club concert. But with the record of the material there were difficulties, because he was unprofessional, no Los Angeles brand was taken to work with the musicians.
Later, the situation was improved, and the group began to produce albums, but the successful development of the career was prevented by the constant composition. First, the founders took up by third-party projects were gone, and then disputes began to arise about the name and copyright.

Music
In 1977, Quiet Riot first got into the studio and in the Branch of the Label Sony released the same album. In the early 1980s, Quiet Riot in the updated composition found an experienced producer and a new CBS Records label. There the musicians released Metal Health as the third studio album with the songs of Battle Axe and Breathless and Cum On Feel The Noize.
The presentation of the record coincided with the revival of interest in heavy music, so a little-known group expected a loud success. However, hitting the top charts, the rotation of the removed clips on television, as well as platinum certificates RIAA became a big surprise for everyone.
In order to strengthen popularity, Quiet Riot recorded Condition Critical and presented a disc, as soon as the North American tour ended. Unfortunately, the album became disappointment compared with the previous one, and after conflicts, the group lost a number of key figures.
