At the outcome of the second autumn month, October 26, 1994, Odessa was replenished with a new resident - Sergey Stegovkova and his wife, Irina, the son of Arthur was born. In the mid-90s, "in the difficult time of instability and change," the circle reigned terrible crime, who denied all sorts of civilized frameworks and ways to solve problems. Unfortunately, it was not possible to dodge her and the head of the family. The father of the boy who worked in the special unit "Berkut" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, died when he was 2.5 years old.
Soon after what happened, the child was taken to the grandmother in the city of Hero Volgograd, where he first met with sports. In the future, the events were asked so that the mother (private entrepreneur, psychologist) was married for the second time, and it was the stepfather that was destined to push a teenager to martial arts.
Arthur, returning to his homeland, began to engage in Thai boxing at the age of 14. Maxim Mozharov Silk Steyka, who was fascinated by both tennis and swimming, in the club founded by him, the Club of Oriental Martial Arts did not drag, but managed to interest.
"In general, I first did not plan to go to the box. He played in big tennis, then went to Thai boxing, then on a combat sambo. I really liked it - I immediately felt that I had a talent, and began to develop it in myself. But in MMA initially I came for the buzz. Sports career
At first, Arthur was engaged in Thai boxing at the amateur level, differing in debut competitions. The power of the Spirit, the lack of fear, the control of emotions and the cold calculation helped the guy to become a silver medalist of the Ukrainian Championship in Thai boxing in the category up to 65 kg in 2011.
In 2013, he took 2nd place at the European Championships on Karate in the Full-Contact category version of Irigumi. In a couple of years, he was not equal in the main tournaments of the country in Thai boxing and full-contact karate.
In 2014, a professional career athlete in mixed martial arts under the pseudonym Askar Mozharov began. Meetings with Ustim Slobodyan, Andrei Karasev, Seraphim Nasirov (twice), Alexander Kaliverid, Alexander Atamyuku and Mikhail Kozarin were invariably ended with the Triumpham of Odessa.
Everything has changed on December 11, 2015 on EFN - Fight Nights Moscow, where the guy made a pair with an experienced rival Alexei Ivanov. Despite the fact that from the first minutes the advantage was on the side of the Ukrainian, already in the 1st round it was technically knocked out.

But the next couple of years, until August 2019, "Ukrainian Conor McGregor" did not know the bitterness of defeats.
And this is an impressive result, if you consider that in the opponents, Abel Martar Madin, Iichan Van and Others. The turning point of that period rightfully is considered to be a fight with Cherek Kon on May 30, 2018 on Rebel FC 8 A Warrior's Return, which ended in the 58th second.
2019 turned out to be a representative of the middle and hawkish weight categories on nicknamed No Mercy, as notable as 2017: Eder de Suza and Christian Torres were stronger.
Personal life
