"Pianob" is a musical project of the Ukrainian artist Dmitry Shurov. For his creative biography, he managed to work with popular groups like Ocean Elzy, Zemfira team, Esthetic Education. Childhood and youth

Dmitry was born in the Ukrainian city of Vinnitsa on October 31, 1981. From the young age, the boy was fond of creativity. In the family there were all the prerequisites for this, because the father was engaged in painting, and the mother taught the game to the piano. When Schurov-Sr. began to work as a journalist and began cooperation with television and channel "1 + 1", the family had the opportunity to give his son a high-quality education.

After Vinnitsa School No. 21, the young man became a student of the French College in Limoges, where he arrived under the exchange program. Then during the year he lived in the city of Provo in the US state of Utah. Such an opportunity has appeared thanks to the international Flex program. It implies training in local schools and living in families at the time of classes. Shurov was in the family with three adopted children. They suffered from neurological diseases, and Dima helped looking at them.

Behind the shoulders of the future artist was the certificate of a graduate of the music school, and he was still fond of music. Even in America, Dmitry collaborated with a jazz team, a quarters of Barbershop, and was also an accurate party and chorus soloist.

Talking about a personal life, Dmitry explains that he is a monochief. The musician is married to Olga Tarakanovskaya. She is a PR manager of the husband's team. Spouses raise daughter Margarita and Son Leo.

Music

Studying on the 2nd course, Dima was known in narrow circles as a jazz pianist. Already by the time he had material for the first album, but fate ordered otherwise. Shurov did not go into solo creativity, and became a member of the "Ocean Elzy" group. The musician fell into the team in 2000 on the recommendation of the Basist team and his buddy Yuri Khustochki. Dmitry became co-author of the song "From Bula Spring." His debut in the group took place in the same year, and already in 2001, the artist participated in the record of two albums.

Together with the Ocean Elza, Shurov went to tour in Ukraine and the CIS, and in 2004 he decided to leave the team. Commenting on the situation later, Frontman Svyatoslav Vakarchuk was very sorry for the departure of colleagues.

Dmitry understood that he had exhausted himself as a staff member. But he did not dare to do solo creativity and preferred to join the Esthetic Education project. Here, Shurov participated in the record of two plates, which contained tracks in the genre of indie music. The creation of the group could not be called commercially successful, and by 2011 the project completed existence.

From 2007 to 2008, Dmitry Shurov worked with Zemfira and was a co-producer of her plate "Thank you". He performed as a pianist on tour concerts and was on stage during 100 concerts.

Having left Zemfira, the artist worked on the opera "Lev and Leia", the excerpt from which was used at the fashion designer Alena Akhmadullina in Paris. Dmitry had an idea about creating his project. He invited Sister Olga to cooperate, gathered musicians, and in 2009 the team made his debut on Moloko Music Fest. The first song "Pianoboy", presented to the public, became "meaning. NOT". The track was allowed into rotation on the radio. In the same year, the group took place the first solo performance for fans.

In 2010, Shurov and colleagues went to the first independent tour with the project "Pianob". The recording of the debut album began. In 2011, the team recorded the song "Floors" with the group "Boombox", after which the interaction with the "Music for Mass" and Alexey Samogonov, the producer of "Boombox" was established.

The author's album "Pianob" saw the light in the 2012th. He got the name "Simple Things". In the same year, the disk won the prize "Opening of the Year" from the radio station "Our Radio" for the song "Witch".
