Biography

Writer Leonid Leonov lived a long, almost a century of life. From his youth, it was ranked classic, twice was nominated for the Nobel Prize in literature. Childhood and youth

The writer was born late in the spring of 1899 in Moscow in the family of Maxim Leonov - a merchant son, who pretended to the literature and the revolution, who was friends with Nikolai Bauman and who published under the pseudonym Maxim Gormanka. Mother of Lene (or home-style Laona) Maria Petrovna Petrova was the second spouse of Poet-Surikovtsa.

In the link to Siberia, the father of the family went with the third wife - the seams and the poetess Maria Chernyshova, leaving Maria Petrovna and five children's concerns of his relatives. Death

Oncology still caught up with Leonov, in the last year of life the classic tormented from the throat cancer. The suffering was exacerbated by living conditions in the oncological center.
