Svetlana Radionova is headed by the Federal Service for Supervision in Natural Management since 2018. Childhood and youth

Radionova Svetlana Gennadyevna was born in January 1977 in Alma-Ata (Kazakh SSR).

After graduating from school in 1994, Svetlana Radionova planned to become an economist, but the high popularity of the economic direction prompted it to enter the Saratov State Academy of Law. She received a lawyer in 1999. Later, Svetlana Gennadievna graduated from two more higher education institutions:

Carier start

Radionova Svetlana Gennadyevna began his professional path from the post of assistant prosecutor, and then became the senior assistant to the prosecutor in the city of Zhukovsky near Moscow. In 2002, I was transferred to the Savelovsky Prosecutor's Office of Moscow for a similar position. Since 2008, he worked as a reference on procedural control in the Investigative Committee.

In 2009, Radionova moved to public service in Rostekhnadzor - the state body, which is engaged in safety issues.

Under its leadership, the department managed to reduce the number of violations in enterprises, as well as to reduce accidents and mortal injuries on oil and gas objects.

Radionova took the initiative in solving urgent problems, participated in the meetings of the Committee on Industrial Safety of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs from Rostekhnadzor. She introduced the practice of four-sided agreements, which contributed to the modernization of the oil refining industry.

During work in Rostekhnadzor Radionova Svetlana Gennadyevna was awarded the Order of Honor, which is awarded for improving the quality of residents of the country and merit in the civil service.

In 2018, Svetlana Gennadievna Radionov took the post of head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Management.

The main issues that Rosprirodnadzor are supervised today:

  • Protection of objects of the animal world and their habitat (except hunting and fisheries);
  • protection of natural territories of federal significance;
  • protection of forest arrays;
  • protection of water bodies;
  • monitoring compliance with environmental legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • Control over the deposit with waste.

After joining the position of Radionov Svetlana, the basic principles were maintained, which were developed by Rostechnadzor: the openness of the Office, the conduct of scientific and technical councils, the introduction of remote control.

"This system, the so-called remote supervision, I actively introduced at my previous job place - in Rostekhnadzor, now it will be gradually introduced into Rosprirodnadzor. It is inevitable, this is our future, "Radionova said.

Personnel structure has changed: during Svetlana Radionova, the inspection composition was increased. According to her, in the supervisory authority, the share of inspectors should have about 75% of employees. Svetlana Gennadievna stated that only professionals who are really interested in improving the ecological situation in the country will work in the department.

Under the start of Radionova Svetlana, the territorial bodies of Rosprirodnadzor were conducted, new requirements and regulations were developed in the field of environmental management. Svetlana Gennadyevna also became the initiator of the introduction of environmental education in the educational institutions of the country.

The personal initiative of Svetlana Gennadyevna Radionova became a proposal to create rehabilitation centers for wild animals financed by the state. S.G. Radionov oversees important federal projects, in particular, "clean air", which is included in the structure of the National Project "Ecology".

According to the project's passport, in 12 Russian cities with a significant production load, work is carried out to reduce transport and industrial emissions into the atmosphere. The goal of the federal project is to reduce the contamination of the atmosphere by 2024 by 2024.

Within the framework of the "Pure Air" project, Rosprirodnadzor identified key sources of air pollution in regional centers, found major pollutants, built mobile laboratories for operational and objective air quality control.

In addition, from the moment of entry into the post of head of Rosprirodnadzor, Svetlana Gennadyevna stands for increasing fines for environmental disorders. Especially acute this problem manifested itself after an accident at the CHP in Norilsk, which caused enormous damage to nature - in the amount of more than 147 billion rubles.

Today, in Russia, fines for pollution of ecology are the lowest.

Radionova proposed the following penalties:

  • for individuals - from 5 to 50 thousand rubles;
  • For individual entrepreneurs - from 10 thousand to 500 thousand rubles;
  • For legal entities - from 50 thousand to 1 million with the possibility of suspension of the enterprise.

According to the head of Rosprirodnadzor, the increased amount of fines motivates entrepreneurs to send efforts to prevent accidents, and not the elimination of their consequences.
