Biography

Matvey Blanter since childhood was fond of music and dedicated her all his life. He wrote more than 200 works, which still find a response in the hearts of the listeners.

Childhood and youth

Matvey Blanter was born on January 28 (February 10) of 1903 in the city of Pochet. He was the son of theatrical actress and a merchant, who traded wheat. In addition to the little Motion, three children, Eugene, Galina and Yakov, were brought up in the family.

Shortly before the First World War, the Blanters moved to Kursk, where the early years of celebrity biography were held. Already then the boy is in creativity. He first saw the piano in the apartment of the neighbor, and then persuaded the father to acquire a tool. The novice musician supported the mother, who hired a teacher for him.

In 1914, the Riga Music School was evacuated to Kursk, where Matvey was given to learn to the piano class. In those years, the boy tried not to skip the concerts of the arrivals of artists, and instead of the board turned the pages of music records. He was a capable student, so the classes soon began to bear fruit.

However, the prospect of being a professional pianist did not please the young man. The same was with the violin, which he began to master later in the School of the Moscow Philharmonic Society. Then Professor Nikolai Toltovsky invited him to start writing his own melodies. So Matvey realized that he wanted to become a composer.

Personal life

About the personal life of the musician knows little. The first time he tied himself to the bonds of marriage in his youth, the elected ballerina Nina Schwan. The second wife was called Olga Ilinichna, with her Matvey Isaakovich lived before her death. The son of the composer Vladimir Blanter also became famous thanks to scientific and journalistic activities.

Creation

In the hungry war years, the guy worked at the club of the military unit with a concertremister, where he had a space for improvisation. Then the artist moved to the "Mastfort" theater. At that time, the Blanter demonstrated talent for writing his hits and created the famous Foxtrot "John Gray".

Since writing a "easy" music, on the manner of Western, then was not welcomed, with a young man I had an explanatory work and sent to Magnitogorsk. The song about Magnitogorsk is dedicated to this city, the composition "The boy slapped in Irkutsk" was also created. They reflect changes in the creative style of the composer, which has become closer to socialism.

The next famous song of the author is "Parisan Zheleznyak", the words for which I wrote Maxim Hungry. The idea of the work appeared at the poet, who brought poems to the Blancher and offered to participate together in the competition. But after the rows of creation were published in the newspaper, about 400 music options were written on it. The first public heard the melody of Sergey Prokofiev, but also the version of Matthew Isaakovich attracted many admirers.

The global recognition of the composer nevertheless brought Katyusha. The author of the text is Mikhail Isakovsky, who in the drafts there were only 8 lines when they met. I liked the sketch blanket, and he wrote music to them, after which, together with the poet, the composition was finalized. She first sounded back in 1938, but gained popularity only during the second world as the front song.

Military topics dedicated to the many creations of Matthew Isaakovich. In collaboration with Isakovsky, a man created such works as "Goodbye, cities and huts", "in the Forest of the Former" and "Spark", which they challenged the courage of soldiers and inspired the people.

No less memorable compositions, written on the poems of Konstantin Simonov. In 1942, the musician received a collection of poet poems as a gift and almost immediately came up with a melody for the work "Wait for me." After Simonov decided to put the play of the same name, they wrote together the song "How Soldiers served", which, because of the sound, many consider people.

When the war ended, Matvey Isaakovich continued to cooperate with outstanding authors and write works for theaters. The list of his creations was replenished with "in the city garden", "Sad Willow", "Chernoman Cossack", "Nadezhda Little Orchestra" and many others who have become part of the extensive discography in the future. But with age, the productivity of the People's Artist of the USSR went to the decline, and he was more and less pleased with the public with new masterpieces.
