Vadim Vladimirovich Belousov was born on October 2, 1960 in Chelyabinsk. About his children's years is known. He was a hardworking and diligent student. Career and politics
In 1991, an enterprising engineer privatized several old plants to create the agro-industrial association "Makfa". In 2010, Vadim Vladimirovich opened a new page of his biography, leaving the business in politics. At first, he became a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk Region, and in December 2011, he was elected to the State Duma from United Russia.
In 2016, Belousov became a deputy VII convocation. At first, he, together with the governor, Mikhail Yurevich came out of the United Russia. And then joined the party "Fair Russia" and passed on the list of the Kirov region and the Udmurt Republic. Also, the official supervised the Tambov region, was a member of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Questions.

Now the investigation claims that Vadim Vladimirovich Margarita Buttakov participated in the corruption scheme. A woman is a former chief accountant of OJSC "First Bread Plant".
Despite the accusations, now the former engineer continues to engage in politics and communicates with voters through a group in VKontakte. The page regularly appears news and photos about the Chelyabinsk region and the Fair Russia party.
