Sandro was born on October 17, 1978 in German Mainz, where he repeatedly happened to work, but the children's years coach took place in Hesse, in the commune of Ginsheim-Gustavsburg. Up to 17, the young man continued to train and play at the local level until he switched to Mainz.

There, the training process was led by Wolfgang Frank, raising such coaches of a new school, like Mark Rose, Torsten Liborknecht and Jürgen Klopp. And if a rose with whom Schwartz in his youth lived in the same apartment, and now his best friend, then the relationship with Klopp the relationship is more interesting.

Sandro's sports biography was in the lower German divisions, where he initially played as part of the club "Mainz 05". When the team managed to break through the level of the Bundesliga, diligent, but not the most high-speed midfielder refused further cooperation, saying that he would not pull such a bar with his statistics. Schwartz did not despair and moved to Rot-Weiss from Essen, speaking in the second league, and then began to play in the "Venen" from Wiesbaden at the regional level.
There he graduated from the player's career, by 30 years old deciding to retrain the coach. The experience of mentoring Sandro was still in the "Venen", where combined the position of football player and coach, and the first full sentence received from Eshborn, who played in the fifth division. The debut of the coach managed: he brought the team to the fourth league already in the first season, after which the attention of more serious clubs was noticed.
In 2013, Schupartz returned to Mainz 05, where he began to train young people. Its principle of work was not only a thorough analyst, but also a discrepancy, awakening joy from football. Working with juniors and the second formation, Sandro eventually achieved appointment to the main team. On the ambitious and energetic coach lay high hopes. With a modest club's budget, he looked for promising legionnaires for him, tried to squeeze the maximum of the available resource and not complain about the lack of depth of the bench.
However, after the turnout of the failures of 2019, the results of his work were considered unsatisfactory, and Schwartz was dismissed from Mainz. The players say goodbye to the coach with regret, since relations in the team have developed confidence. Despite disappointment and sadness, the German gave an interview, where he estimated the resignation as a personal defeat. Sandro devoted the extended extelling time, lecturing and writing a book.

On October 14, 2020, the German football club appeared in the official "Instagram" of the Football Club "Dynamo" a photo of Germans and a message that Schwartz was appointed head coach of Muscovites. In this post, he changed Kirill Novikova, whose contract with the "white-blue" on the eve of the day before was interrupted over a series of optional defeats.
Sandro stated that he was proud of the opportunity and was happy to work with a team that had a great history and tradition. He is a full impatience, ready to accept a new challenge and sees interesting perspectives in young.
To his headquarters, as assistants, Schwartz took the compatriot Volkan Bulut and the former Dynamo Andrei Voronin. The contract with the foreign coach of Muscovites concluded until the end of the season 2021/2022.
