Viktor Shamirov appeared on May 24, 1966 in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don. In the early years, Vitya's biography demonstrated a tendency to subject to technical profile, it was especially mathematics. But the study of English turned out to be a problem for the boy, because of what he was even expelled from school.
Therefore, young Shamirov was confident that his fate was already predetermined. After graduation, he served in the army, and then entered the Rostov State University, where he studied at the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty.
