Alexander Galymov could not become a champion in single figure skating, but he showed himself as a reliable partner and hardworking athlete. It brought a lot of awards at the Russian and international competitions, which he won in a duet with Anastasia Mishina.Childhood and youth
Alexander Galymov appeared on August 28, 1999. He began his career in figure skating in 2004, but reached the first success only after moving to St. Petersburg. There, the Single Athlete trained at Alina Pisarenko, Eugene Muzdenko and Kirill Davydenko. In those years, Sasha could boast of the presence in the arsenal of triple jumps and cascades 3-3, but there were no special hopes and did not win the competition larger than urban.
With the onset of transitional age, problems began with coordination, which became an impetus for the transition to pair skating. Alexander Polishchuk became the first partner of Gallmov, but even though the young man managed to restore jumps, his riding level was still insufficient to participate in major tournaments.
Season later, the athlete said goodbye to the polishch, and stood in a couple with Nick Osipova. Such a decision brought a star of the first awards of national competitions. In 2016, the skaters won the first stage of the Russian Cup in 2016 and became the winners of Nikolai Panin Memorial, but also did not spend together longer than the season.
Figure skating
The new page in the biography of the star was the decision to ride Anastasia Mishina, with which he united in the 2017/18 season. According to Alexandra, after the start of joint riding with a girl, he had an incorrect ejection technique. To fix it, he was forced to throw heavy balls.But the diligent workouts were brought fruit, and soon Galymov turned into a partner of dreams, ready to work hard for achieving results and able to support in a difficult moment. Already at the beginning of the joint speeches, the duet of Alexander and Anastasia marked bright victories at the Russian Cup stages and the Golden Konk Zagreb tournament, and in 2018, the athletes became bronze medorship of the Junior World Cup.
The next season was for Galymov and Mishina Triumphal, because they won the medals at the Grand Prix stages, the championship of Russia and the Final of the Cup of the Russian Federation, but gold at the World Championships became a bright point in their junior career. After that, the skaters moved to an adult.
In order not to confine confidence, Sasha and Nastya decided to maintain a liberated arbitrary program to the music from the "Master and Margarita", which was completed with new elements. Already on debut competitions, the athletes were able to loudly declare themselves, and then became owners of Finlandia Trophy awards and the Grand Prix finals.
At the beginning of 2020, Alexander replenished the piggy bank of the achievements of a confident victory in the Russian Cup final, the Veliky Novgorod became the venue. But after the completion of the season, he had to face difficulties due to a coronavirus infection pandemic, due to which the workouts on the ice were canceled.
At the self-insulation of Galymov, she tried to give more time to communicating with parents and friends. Preparation for the upcoming competitions took place at home, the figure skater was called with coaches and performed exercise.
In May, Nastya and Sasha decided to take advantage of the transitions window and declared the departure from Lyudmila Great and Nikolai Velikov to a new mentor. They became pupils of Tamara Moskvina, in the group of which is engaged in such a bright couple, as Alexander Boykova and Dmitry Kozlovsky. The athletes substantiated their choice by the fact that they wanted to improve riding equipment and get an additional stimulus, training along with rivals.
Despite all precautions, avoiding the infection with the virus Alexander was still failed, and shortly after the start of the new sports season, he told fans about the positive result of the test. During this period, Galymov considered it important not to relax and managed to quickly defeat the disease in order to start competitions.
After returning to the ice, the athlete managed to prove that during the self-insulation did not lose time in vain, because their duet with Mishina won gold at the 4th stage of the Russian Cup in Kazan and was able to bypass such strong rivals as Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morozov. At the end of November, Sasha and Nastya purely skated a short program on Rostelecom Cup, but made a mistake in arbitrary and gave way to the leadership of Boykova and Kozlovsky.
Personal life
The figure skater prefers not to advertise information about personal life, focusing on sporting achievements. Most often, he appears in the public in the company of his partner, together with which he trains, walks and even rests.
In his free time an athlete loves to play football or computer games. His growth is 187 cm. The athlete supports communication with fans in "Instagram", where publishes the photo and tells the news.
Alexander Galymov Now
The beginning of the 2021 was marked for Galymov and Mishina participation in the Cup of the First Channel, which was held in February.And in March, the couple went to the figure skating world championship, passing in Stockholm. Sports tournament gave gold skaters, they went around a couple of Wenjin Sui - Han Tsung from China. The victory gave the opportunity to go on the team World Cup in Osaka in April, where Mishin and Galymov took the 1st place in the short program.
