Biography

Semyon Suchilov is a biathlonist who has already manifested himself at all-Russian and international competitions. Happy Father and Husband never upset because of the defeat, considering the whole experience useful for further career.

Childhood and youth

The athlete was born on October 26, 1992 in the village of Kirovsky (Tyumen region). From an early age, the boy was fond of walking on skis. A considerable role was played by the fact that in the family it was only supported by a hobby.

Close to Suchilov themselves were engaged in skiing. For example, grandfather along the mother's line, despite old age, is trained daily. Father and his brothers and sisters are also fans coming on the tracks.

Suchilov in her career repeatedly fought at the open Cup of Europe, debuting from the 2015/16 season. However, big victories did not achieve in these competitions. The best result in the IBU Cup was 4th place in the sprint in Val Martello. In mixed relays, a young man managed to exit the winner of some stages. It was not the best of the European Championships in 2016, where he did not rise above the 35th place.

However, Semyon was not going to give up, especially since his plans were the Olympic gold. In 2018, the athlete decided to participate in the All-Russian competition "Izhevsk Rifle". As a result, on an individual race (20 km) came first with the result 55: 12.2.

This achievement has become a bandwidth on the 2018/2019 World Cup. In September 2018, Suchilov again gained the title of champion of Russia, having received a gold medal in an individual race. The second and third place was taken by Peter Paschenko and Alexey Korenev, respectively. And in an interview, Semyon shared his impressions from the victory, noting that this time he helped sports anger.

As part of the Russian national team, a man demonstrated the ability to accommodate in the second qualifying start and finished 11th. A debut at the World Cup took place in Oberhof, January 11, 2019. However, at the 1st stage of the World Cup, Alexander Loginov became the best of Russians. The first places were divided by representatives of Norway and Sweden.

The sprint race at the second stage of the World Cup became crushing failure for the Russian national team. Personal life
