In 1997, Dmitry was offered to write a music review of magazine. When the young man came to take an article, it turned out that the editorial office did not know about him, and the employee who made the order was not there. The young man was half an hour standing on the street at the entrance, until he met the film critic Maxim Andreeva, who agreed to give him a job.

Journalism

In 2002, Olshansky printed an article "As I became a storm," where he made a Patriot and Nationalist. As Dmitry himself said, he wanted to film the liberals who captured power in the country and imposed their views.

In 2002-2003, together with Dmitry Bykov, Olshansky became the editorial office of the "Conservative" newspaper, whose owner was Businessman Vyacheslav Leibman, famous for loud novels with Ksenia Sobchak and Anastasia Volochkova.

In the spring of 2007, he became the chief editor of the magazine "Russian Life". The publication printed materials about different public problems, but did not allow himself to scold the president, the Prime Minister and Patriarch. In 2012, together with Alexander Timofeevsky, Dmitry decided to create the site of the same name, refusing a paper format, and to make a resource self-sufficient to not depend on the sponsors. For example, from Nikolai Levichev, Vice-Speaker of the State Duma and the Deputy of "Fair Russia".

On October 8, 2017, Dmitry wrote an article to the 65th anniversary of Vladimir Putin, where he compared the president with Leonid Brezhnev and Nikolai I. All three, as he wrote, scolded for living with them "stuffy", there is no change. But is it bad? When another era comes, more terrible and cruel, it turned out that when "stuck" was better.

On September 29, 2020, a journalist argued the journalist in the article "Seven Wins of Modern Russia" that the country became much better than ever in his history. Among the achievements, he called the disappearance of "Russian drunkenness", a decrease in the number of criminal offenses, the creation of a contract army and so on.

On December 21, 2020, Dmitry published an article "Appearance and Intellect" in the newspaper "New Look", in which he stated that the world rules the old and ugly, and strong, healthy, young and beautiful people work "on pickup". As examples of the rulers, he led Joseph Stalin ("Ryaboy Duchered Uncle"), Winston Churchill ("Funny Drinker") and Franklin Delo Roosevelt ("Disabled").

Personal life

A man does not like to talk about his personal life, and even on his page in "Instagram", old photos from Russian and Soviet history are published, for example, pictures of the descendants of Anarchist Mikhail Bakunin, made at the beginning of the 20th century.

According to Dmitry, he had novels several times with Jewish girls, but he prefers Russian women, intuitive and sensitive.

On the Olshansky page in Facebook, there are joint photos with Konstantin Krylov, Dmitry Bykov and Writer Sergey Shargunov.

Dmitry Olshansky now

On January 26, 2021, the post "I will tell you about Putin's Palace", on the same day, was published on the Olshansky blog, on the same day in the author's column on the Komsomolskaya Pravda website. From the point of view of the journalist, the problem of Russian society was the inclination to idealize their rulers, and then, disappointed, to overthrow them and at the same time destroy their own country. So the Russian Empire collapsed, the USSR, and now the story is repeated again. On January 29, 2021, Olshansky stated that the only way out for Belarus was to become an autonomous republic as part of Russia. Otherwise, it is waiting for the fate of Ukraine, that is, "begging, aggressive, Russophobian state on the backyards of Europe."

On February 1, 2021, the article "Centralization is the mother of the revolution that needs to deprive the parental rights" Publicist called among the causes of the riots the desire of officials to collect all the money and power in Moscow instead of developing the regions. If the people could comfortably live in Novosibirsk or Rostov, there would be no protests.

On February 14, 2021, the journalist gave an interview with the electronic newspaper Business Online, where he spoke about rallies in support of Navalny. According to the expert, they had young people with a clip thinking, which simply wanted "movies." More mature citizens would support the communists, but only through legitimate elections.
