Andris was born on November 26, 1974 in the ancient Latvian city of Jelgava. He lived the usual life of a rustic boy: helped parents to collect the hay, which was taken home on the cart, and ran to the blacksmith, if she broke the wheel. He was engaged in academic rowing.
After graduating from High School No. 4, the young man went to Riga, where at that time it was restless: these were years of restructuring and restoring the independence of Latvia, and the barricated capital was full of military and tanks. Of course, Mom released a 16-year-old teenager with a heavy heart, but the Son was firmly configured to enter the Latvian Academy of Culture and receive a specialty dramatic actor.
In his course, he walked with a huge joke and an amateur joke. The teachers are also the case of a merchant student: "When will you finally stop laughing and begin to think?". But he did not stop: a light temper and the ability to mix people preserved from Andris to this day.
Theater and films
The first job in the Keeshs Theater was received in 1996, being a student of the graduation course in the university. A year later, he made his debut and in the cinema - in the multiserietary film "The flower of one summer". Remembering the first roles, the actor admits that his game was awkward and inept, but the situation was saved by a young enthusiastic and youthful hotness. True, once again revising the "flower ..." on TV, he mentally utters one word - "Nightmare".
Gradually, his game became more confident and professional, and the biography was replenished with new roles on the scene and on the screen. The artist entered the service in a new Riga Theater, where it worries so far. Over the years, Andris played a lot in Russian and world classics: "12 chairs" Ilya Ilf and Yevgeny Petrov, the "live corpse" of Lion Tolstoy, "the tram" desire "" of Tennessee Williams and many other well-known performances.
In the early 2000s, Keeshs began to actively starve in Latvian films. For one of the first roles in the short filth "Wedding", he was even recognized as the best actor at the Latvian National Festival "Big Crystap". After there were several other filmmakers in local paintings, and since 2011, he began to appear in the episodes of Russian projects.
Only 5 years later he got a really noticeable role. Director Andrei Zvyagintsev appreciated the ability of Latvian, seeing him in the arthouch tape "Cool Rod", and called for samples to Leviafan back in 2014. But the talent of Andris came in handy only after 2 years: he played the lover of the main character in Drama Zvyagintsev "Nelyubov".
Recalling the work, Keeshs notes that the concepts did not have, where it goes to be filmed: the director does not give actors to read the script. When Latvian looked at the finished film, he was shocked to tears.
Soon the director of Slava Ross invited the actor to the main role of Finnish politics in the series "Son", where his on-screen spouse became Maria Mironova, and Father - Lithuanian artist Josozas Budraitis.
The next large film process of Keeshs was the work in the melodrama "Intervention" of 2020. His character - Cardiohururg - saves the life of the main character of Masha, who played Anna Chipovskaya. This film claimed the main prize of the "Kinotavra", but lost the victory of the "Pugago" drama.
Personal life
Andris has always dreamed of a family, but a personal life arranged quite late. When he met the future wife, the opera singer Kristina Zadorzk, he was already for 30, and she was more than 5 years.Artists got married in 2005, and after 2 years, adams and Magdalena twins were born at the pair. Family nest spouse with children began to vote in a small village of Yaunpils. They bought an old house with a large plot on which the garden and the garden were equipped.
