Eugene was born in Zaporizhia on November 3, 1981. After graduating from school, he entered the Institute of Cinema and Television in Kiev at the Metropolitan University of Culture and Arts, where he received the necessary professional skills.

In 2014, Eugene Sinelnikov's creative biography changed cool. He unexpectedly replaced the director himself for the role of the TV presenter, thereby gained popularity from the television public. The popular Travel show "Eagle and Rushka", where Sinelniks have already served as director-director for 8 seasons, suddenly turned out to be without a single TV presenter: Kohl Serga was late for a plane in Bordeaux, and the team flew out to shoot without him. Eugene in the literal sense stood at the origins of "Eagle and Dishki" - his wife Elena Sinelnikov is co-author and producer of this show. In 2010, the spouses together with Natellic Stupivina decided to implement a pilot project at their own risk. There was almost no money to shoot, but the guys were confident in success and did not want their idea to lose or implemented others. Therefore, in the 1st issue, filmed in Barcelona (in the official show, he is listed in the fifth, the exit to the air - in March 2011), the film crew has invested its own funds.
The idea of the show is simple: two TV presenters ride on the weekend in one city. There they throw a lot - coin. The will of the case decides who of them gets on this weekend a gold card and will spend this time, not embarrassed in the means, and who will have to look for entertainment, based on the budget of $ 100 for 2 days. The idea and the concept of the project is extremely original, in contrast to numerous processing of foreign analogues.
Expectations regarding the reaction of investors were justified: Inter TV channel immediately bought the right to the first 2 seasons of "Eagle and Dishki". Subsequently, the show was broadcast on the channel "K1" and outside of Ukraine: in Russia ("Friday!"), Kazakhstan ("Seventh Canal") and Poland ("TTV"). In 2014, the show "Eagle and Rusk" recognized the best entertainment program of the day ether at awarding the "Teffi" award.
In the summer of 2016, it became known that the project leaves the popular TV presenter Lesya Nikityuk, and its place will take the Russian actor Peter Romanov. Immediately, the viewers began to assume that she had a conflict with producer Elena Sinelnikova, but in fact the forest was simply offered to go to a new project "Around M", which was supposed to become the next stage in professional development.
In Ukraine, Sinelnikov was awarded the National Television Award "Telethrumf". In 2014 and 2015, Eugene was recognized as the most successful in the nomination "The Best Director / Director of the TV program".
Personal life
Evgeny Sinelnikov's personal life has been closely intertwined with its current project for many years - Eagle and Rushka Travel show. Eugene is married to Elena Sinelnikova, co-author and general producer of this TV show. Elena is also the director of the development studio "Teen Spirit", which is engaged in the production of transmission. The competence of the wife of Eugene is the implementation of the program.
Spouses from the very beginning of the project work fruitfully in the creative tandem. A couple growing a son, which in view of the dense shooting graphs of the parents lives with a grandmother and grandfather in Zaporizhia. TV presenters of Serga and video unit Masha Gamayun visited the best planet beaches - in Hurghada, Salvador, on the Bali Islands, in New Zealand, on the Australian coast. The resorts included the island of Cyprus and the Georgian port city of Batumi. The next season was continued marine theme. In the fall of 2018, Eugene Sinelnikov and the film crew of the project "Eagle and Rusk" began to record a new show "Houses Better". All issues of the program will be devoted to traveling through the cities of Ukraine. The first settlements with whom plans to introduce Sinelnikov TV viewers, became the city of Zhytomyr and Zaporizhia. In the second issue, the creators of the program did not hide the number of smoking plants of the industrial city, which negatively affect the environmental situation.
