Biography
Vyacheslav Vasilevsky is a multiple world champion in combat martial arts. The first steps in the sport he made from the dance pas in the Siberian town, and the first world triumph reached the 21st anniversary, however, already in battle sambo. The fighter tried to perform in the American league, but the greatest success achieved in his homeland.Childhood and youth
Vyacheslav was born on June 16, 1988 in Zelenogorsk of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. From an early age, parents gave her son to sports dancing, where he was engaged up to 8 years. But the boy wanted to learn how to stand up for himself and to measure force with other guys, so in 1997 he was signed up for judo. For a decade in this sport, the teenager has repeatedly became the champion of his region and the medalist of All-Russian competitions.
Mixed martial arts
In 2007, a young man was carried away by boxing and sambo. In the last way of sports, Vyacheslav succeeded in just a year: took silver at the Russian Championship, and after - the first gold in Europe. Another year later, the wrestler for the first time in his career became the world champion.
In parallel, Vasilevsky tried himself in mixed martial arts. The debut of the fighter in MMA took place in 2009 as part of the team, which did not go to the Final of the Russian Championship M-1 SELECTION. But after a year, Vyacheslav had reached the final of the Grand Prix of Eastern Europe and the M-1 Challenge Tournament XXI. The victory in the last competition was overwhelmed by an injury, because of which the athlete had to restore health and abandon the title fights.
That period in the biography of Vasilevsky coincided with a scandal: the fighter switched to Bellator FC, without fulfilling contractual obligations to M-1 Global. Nevertheless, Vyacheslav flew into the United States that there was a big rarity for those times. From Russia, there were 5 fighters with him, including Habib Nurmagomedov, who had just begun to perform in UFC. All six compatriots consisted of different teams, but trained in one room in New Jersey.
Vyacheslav conducted the first successful fight in the United States, but after one after another ended the defeat, and Alexander Schemenko lost twice. Then litigation fears with a former company, the terrible conditions of training and life in a foreign country, and the athlete decided to return to Russia. In Motherland, Vasilevsky signed a fresh contract with M-1 for new conditions.
For the first 4 subsequent years, Vyacheslav repeatedly participated in tournaments of various levels and by 2015 he became a five-time world champion in combat sambo.
In 2016, the fighter moved to the ACB league, later the United WFCA, where he marked two victories in the first tournaments. Then followed the circuit of knockouts: the athlete lost Albert Duraev, Magomed Ismailo and Murada Abdulaevu.
After leaving the GFC team suggested Vyacheslav a new contract from which he refused, and at the end of the 2020th athlete agreed to the AMC Fight Nights Global conditions.
Personal life
With the future wife, Figure Tatiana, the fighter met in 2014 in the social network. Their novel developed rapidly: young people just went on a date a couple of times, and Vyacheslav realized that he wanted to marry a girl, although before that he heard a convinced bachelor.Without thinking athlete made a beloved sentence, and the pair was modestly signed in the Moscow registry office in the presence of the closest. A little later, the young married in the monastery on the banks of the Volga and then the magnificent wedding was already rid.
In less than a year later, Vasilevsky was born firstborn, and then the family was replenished with another son. Spouses called the boys Stanislav and Sevastyan. They skate perfectly like a mother - Master of Sports on figure skating, and fight as dad - world champion in combat sambo.
Vyacheslav does not hide the details of his personal life from fans: often publishes photos and videos with his wife and sons in a personal instagram account, tells how strongly tied to the family, shows how they are resting together, train and fool.
