Biography
Vladimir Borisovich Groisman - a colorful Ukrainian politician who, after the state version in Ukraine, is a significant figure among the country's political elite. He came to the heights of power thanks to friendship with President Petro Poroshenko, despite the fact that he used to the record holder in corruption scandals in Vinnitsa, in which he was held to the government.
Groisman Vladimir Borisovich was born on January 20, 1978 in Western Ukraine, in the city of Vinnitsa. He became the firstborn in his parents-Ukrainians Boris Isaakovich and Elena Vasilyevna, who at the time of the birth of the son began their entrepreneurship and after the successful businessmen.
Today, the nationality of Groysman is widely discussed: the politician calls himself Vinnician in the sixth generation and considers himself a fundamental citizen of Ukraine, but due to the fact that his grandfather Isaac was a Jew, many claim that the Ukrainian root policy could not be a speech. Career
Vladimir Groysman entered the big policy in 2002. Then at the age of 24 he became the youngest deputy of Vinnitsa City Council. As a promising policy, he was also prescribed by the Deputy Head of the Deputy Commission, which oversaw issues of the legality, human rights and deputy ethics.
The turning point in the political biography of Groysman was 2005, when, with the support of the party of Yulia, Tymoshenko "BYUT" Vladimir Borisovich was elected by the mayor of Vinnitsa.
