Telman Mardanovich Ismailov is a Russian entrepreneur of Azerbaijani origin, which has Turkish citizenship. He was the owner of the Cherkizovsky market in Moscow and is the founder of the famous AST group.
Telman Ismailov began his biography in 1956 in Baku and became the tenth of the twelve children in the family. His father by origin was Azerbaijanis, and Mom, moreover, also had Jewish roots. Mardan Ismailov was engaged in trade, and worked hard and with amazing hardworking, why he was constantly needed by assistants. Already at 14, Telman was not just helped, but to fully work with his father, and soon became the director of the first and only at that time in Baku of the commercial store.
In 1973, Ismailov entered the Baku Institute of the National Economy, but after the obligatory service in the army was transferred to a similar educational institution - the Moscow Institute of National Economy named after Georgy Plekhanov. By distribution, the young man works as an economist in the Ministry of Commerce, and later an expert in Vostokinorge. At the same time, he meets Yuri Luzhkov, who at that time he worked as chairman of the Commission of the Moscow City Executive Committee. And after 20 years, already being the mayor of Moscow, Luzhkov will personally congratulate Ismailov with anniversaries: "Telman! You are our brother! We go with you in life! ".
When Mikhail Gorbachev declares the restructuring in the country, Telman Ismailov organizes its own cooperative enterprise and becomes an official businessman.
Business
In 1988, Ismailov creates an enterprise called "Commercial Charitable Firm", which trades various goods, including casual clothes. This cooperative was prepared by the fate of becoming the first link in the chain of the future famous group of companies "AST". This is a cut from the names of a businessman and his sons: Alekper-Sarhhan Telman.
Over time, the Circle of Financial interests Telman Ismailov expanded. He took up the hotel and restaurant business, construction, jewelry manufacturing, opened a security company and private urban taxi. The company Ismailov belonged to the capital restaurant "Prague" on Arbat, Voentorg department store, as well as the famous wholesale Cherkizov market. It is noteworthy that after the businessman lost to the Cherkizovsky market, he tried to buy the most profitable similar enterprise of Ukraine - the market "Seventh Kilometer" near Odessa, where entrepreneurs are specifically going to buy not only from the whole country, but also from Moldova and Belarus. But simultaneously with Telman Ismailov, President Viktor Yanukovych was put on this market at that time, and the organization went into the hands of his representatives.
Telman himself decided to wait for the crisis in Turkey. He opened the Mardan Palace Hotel in Antalya, named after the father of the businessman, who would be exactly 100 years old on the day of opening the hotel. By the way, the German newspaper "Südeutsche Zeitung" called "Mardan Palace" the most expensive hotel of the continent, as at least a billion dollars left for its construction. The opening of Mardan Palace was truly enchanting. Star guests were not reading. Sharon Stone, Richard Gir, Mariya Carey and others arrived at the celebration. In March 2016, the Court's decision on the bankruptcy businessman was canceled. But in August of the same year, the court again resumed the procedure for recognizing the ex-owner of Cherkizon bankrupt. In January 2017, the amount of his debts reached 31 billion rubles. In February, the arbitral tribunal included in the register of creditors' claims for another 8.9 billion rubles. In March 2017, he decided to start selling his property from trading.
Personal life
In the personal life of Telman Ismailov everything is stable. He has long been married and raised two sons, Sarkhan and Alekper, who changed him in business. For example, Fazil Ismailov a few years ago performed the responsibilities of the prefect of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow. And recently, another brother, Rafik Ismailov, was sadly famous. In 2010, he became the vice-president of the team Ramzan Kadyrov "Terek" from Grozny, but he took up the club only in three years, organizing a friendly match with Israeli "Beitar" from Jerusalem, during which two favorable transitions of football players were issued. At the same time, Telman was going to purchase the Israeli team to the property, but the fans have broken this transaction, after which the businessman lost interest in football.

At the moment, according to the investigation, Telman is the organizer of this crime, while Kerimov was performer. The former owner of Cherkizon is declared international wanted list. Despite the fact that the media constantly appeared the news that the hotel is raised, the CEO of the hotel reported that they are negotiating with travel agencies, discussing the prospects for the summer season of 2018.
