Charming Briton Clive Standen loved the public for bright roles in rating television series. However, many fans of courageous "Viking" and do not assume that Standen could choose the path of the professional cascaderal and never appear in the movies.
Clive James Standen appeared on July 22, 1981. Northern Ireland became a small homeland actor - there, on the military base Hollywood, served his father. Soon after the birth of the son, the family moved to the eastern coast of England, to Lestershire. Here, Young Standen graduated from the King Eduard VII school and entered the Melton College, choosing acting skills as the main specialty.
Paradoxically, but about the light of Sofita, a beginner theater and did not think - much more interested in the execution of complex tricks. Having made the fateful choice between a career of a professional cascaderator and acting skills, Standen accepted a prestigious offer. Together with the troupe, the young actor toured in the country and managed to conquer the sympathy of the public. Stage success brought Standen Scholarship of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, which covered all the costs of training.
At the end of the course, the actor easily stepped from theatrical layoffs on television screens. In 2000, Standen received a role in the rating British TV series "Doctors". Then another TV project followed - "Resurrecting the Dead", which broadcast from 2001 to 2011.
Never suffered from the lack of roles, Standen never suffered: in 2004, he appeared in the Ten Days to D-Day television film, where the role of the Canadian commander played. The picture was marked by the AMMI bonus. Critics were favorably and for the next work actor - Clive played in the screening of the novel "School Years of Tom Brown", who saw the light in early 2005. Participation continued in the series: In 2007, Standen starred in the episode "Iks Hour". The talent of the ascending star attracted even the creators of the legendary "Doctor Who". In 2008, the fans of the cult television series estimated ordinary Harris, brilliantly played by Standen.
However, a truly wide fame of Briton brought 2009: he received the role of Archer in the famous TV series "Robin Gud". High growth (188 cm), athletic addition and excellent physical training largely determined the nature of future roles. Sir Guyven followed "Robin Hood" from the historical series "Camelot" and the warlike Guangen from the full-length film "Hammer of the Gods".
Now Standen is known to the public on the TV series "Vikings," where Rollana is playing, the brother of the protagonist. The actor is included in the main composition since 2013 and intends to continue work. Despite the tight shooting schedule, in 2015, the Standen's watchlist replenished the film "Everest" and an episodic role in the "Atlantis" series.
In 2017, the Actor already held will appear in the Franco-American TV series "Host" created by Lyuko Slezenny. Standen will have to play the main character - the young spy Brian Mills, recruited into the service in the CIA.
