After a few family trips to Spain to relatives, where the little Valera joined football, he continued to train in the youthful hockey school under the direction of Vyacheslav Tazzova, but already secretly because of his pain. The boy put suspicion of rheumatism and forbidden to engage in physical education. Hockey
Initially, the young man performed for the School School of CSKA. He continued his adult career as part of the "Star" team from the Ural Town Chebarkul. Personal life
About the personal life of Harlamov before his marriage is known only that he devoted all his free time. Young people, despite the 8-year-old difference, immediately fell in love with each other and began to live together.After a while, the son of Alexander was born, and after registration of marriage in May 1976, a pair appeared on the light of the daughter of the beonitis. Death
In the late summer of 1981, an event occurred, which had a negative impact on the psychological well-being of a hockey player. Early in the morning of August 27, 1981, Valery, his wife Irina and her cousin decided to go home to Moscow on her own Volga. On the way, Irina moved behind the wheel of the car. In memory of the legend of the Soviet hockey, several documentaries and artistic films of Russian and Canadian production were created. Especially remembered by the viewers of the films "Additional time" 2007 issue and "Legend No. 17", which appeared in 2013.
