Igor Yezhov (Egor - Pseudonym) was born on September 10, 1964 in Omsk in the usual Soviet family. Personal life

Music

The "Sowing" group completed its existence in 1984. At the same time, the "Civil Defense" project was formed, also known as "Go", or "Coffin". The years continued to work in the favorite "garage" style, while at the same time opening an independent recording studio "Coffin records".
It was located in the apartment of Omsk "Khrushchevka". The money taken from concerts, Egor published albums "GO" and other groups related to Siberian Punk Rock.
The released albums, underground concerts, distributed from the hands of the record and the unique style of execution along with obscene texts of the songs filled with deep meaning, brought "civil defense" deafening popularity from Soviet youth. Femova's compositions are distinguished by unprecedented energy, recognizable rhythm and original sound.
According to colleagues, Yegor was able to prove that it was possible to play rock, not even knowing how to virtuoso take complex chords or brilliantly use the drum installation. Surprisingly, the years himself never ranked himself towards Punk traffic, he was simply always opposed - against the system, systems established stereotypes, against himself. Creation
In the period from 1987 to 1988, Egor returned to the "Civil Defense" project and recorded a number of albums, including "Mousetrap", "everything goes according to plan" and others. In 1990, the years dismissed the "civil defense", waking the concert in Tallinn. Deciding that the project turns into Pops, the musician became interested in psychedelic rock. The result was the next project "Egor and O ... Zhenyv, in which 2 albums came out. In 1993, the years reanimated the "civil defense", continuing to work as part of both musical groups.
In subsequent years, he released a number of albums, some of which was composed of a newly recorded old songs. Among popular tracks are "My Defense", "White Silence". The last concert of "Go" took place in Yekaterinburg on February 9, 2008.
At the turn of the ages of the years, he suffered politics, consisted of NBP, drove friendship with Edward Limonov, Viktor Anpilov, Alexander Dugin. In 2004, Egor officially renounced politics.
At one of the concerts in Voronezh, acquaintance and the only meeting of Letov with the leader of the Gaza sector, Yuri Hoem, took place. The latter went into the dressing room to the musicians preparing for the scene and was surprised by the appearance of Egor: he imagined the frontman of a large man, abusing alcohol. Death
