Biography
Zha Mohammad Hadid - Architect of Iraqi origin, who has lived and worked in the UK. The world's first woman laureate Pritzker Prize.
Zakh was born on October 31, 1950 in the capital of Iraq in the family of Muhammad Al-Hazyin Hudida, organizer of the National Democrats Party. The mother of the girl Vajikha al-Sabunji was from Mosul, she was engaged in painting. Parents led a bourgeois lifestyle.
Zach since childhood showed interest in visual art and architecture. The girl was constantly fantasized and created from paper projects of buildings. By 22 years old, Hadid graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics of the American University in Beirut and left for London, where he became a student of the architectural school of the Association of Architects. The girl went on a course to the masters of Rim Kolokha and Elia Zengelis. Studying in the UK, Zach meets in detail with the work of Kazimir Malevich and Russian architects of the beginning of the 20th century.
Architecture
Avangard becomes Hadid's favorite direction in art, a student begins to implement the ideas of directions in his work. Rem Kolhas - Dutch architect and theoretics of deconstructivism, highly appreciated the talent of Zahi and considered the girl the best student who ever studied with him. The first famous work of ZAHA was the project of a dwelling bridge over the Thame, which she developed in 1976.
In 1977, after graduating from the institution of Zach, Hadid became the employee of the bureau of Oma Kolhas, from where he leaves two years old. In 1979, an independent project of CHAHI HADID Zaha Hadid Architects appears. Together with the execution of orders, the Cach begins teaching activities in the architectural association, where it worked until 1987. Hadid is not taken for developing standard buildings, it is interested in large iconic objects. Therefore, Zha basically creates projects on paper and participates in contests.
The first victory of the architect in the international competition was the project of the club "Peak" which Cach created for the client from Hong Kong, but the construction was not carried out due to the bankruptcy of the customer. In 1994, as a result of the next victory, Hadid in the UK, a scandal broke out for the best project of the Opera House in Cardiff: the public has expressed a strong press of the developer, forcing the abandonment of the avant-garde project of the young Arabic.
Another bright work of this year is the development of an inverted skyscraper for the English city of Leter, who was also not implemented. The first work embodied in life was the project Fire Foreign part of Vitra in Wile-on Raine. A significant event occurred in 1993. But still many Hadid projects remained on paper, which did not stop the Zahu. The architect was so fascinated by his beloved thing, which often slept 4 hours a day.
In 1997, after the construction of the Museum Complex, Guggenheim in Bilbao begins interest in the ideas of CHAHI HADID. In 1998-1999, the architect builds two art center in the USA, Ohio, and Rome. The buildings built on the projects of the Iraqi architect become the sights of the area. Finally, the name of Caakhi Hadid became known to the international community after participating in the development of the draft Center for Contemporary Art Rosental in Cincinnati USA, the construction of which was completed in 2003.
In addition to working with large forms of Zach, the Hadid is experimenting with interior objects, theatrical scenery, museum exhibition space. The designer creates a model of shoes for Lacoste and Brazilian company Melissa. Hadid succeeds in the design of furniture collections. Experimental designer work is implemented under the Saway & Moroni brand.
In 2005, the achievements of Cahni in design celebrate the first award at the World Exhibition Design Miami. Collections of small forms fall into the Museum of Contemporary Art in Manhattan, the German Museum of Architecture in Frankfurt am Main. Zha Hadid reads lectures on architecture and art worldwide.
Work in Russia
On May 31, 2004, a significant event was held in the life of CHAHI HADID - the architect was awarded the Pricker Prize. The award ceremony took place in St. Petersburg, in the Hermitage Theater. Since that time, Hadid's cooperation began with Russia. She repeatedly came to Moscow with master classes, in 2005 collaborated with a group of designers of the residential complex "Picturesque Tower" in the capital of Russia.
In 2012, Zha Hadid creates a project of a futuristic house for Vladislav Doronin's entrepreneur, after three years - the Peresvet Plaza business center. In 2012, after the opening of the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku, the architect receives the British Museum of Design, in the nomination "Design of the Year".
Among the works of the Master of interest are the buildings of various functional purposes: Scientific Center in Wolfsburg, Museum of Art in Denmark, Puerto America Hotel in Spain, Funic's Station in Austria, Water Sports Center in London, Theater Project in Morocco, Stadium in Qatar, Building High school in London. The construction of the Maxxi Museum on the outskirts of Rome was the most significant project of the 2000s for Hahid.
In 2010 and 2011, Zha Hadid becomes the winner of the James Sterling Prize of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Photo works of the architect and designer are freely available on the Internet, everyone can familiarize themselves with them. Over time, the buildings built on the projects of CHAHI HADID are becoming streamlined, completely losing corners and straight lines. The designer departs from decontructivism by creating its own style.
Personal life
Personal life was not able to fit into the creative biography of CHAHI HADID. The architect had no family, Zach did not leave heirs after himself.
Hadid's own children considered projects over which it was constantly worked. The designer lived all his life in the London apartment, which was not far from the architectural office.
Death
In March 2016, Cach Hadid appealed to the Miami clinic about the treatment of bronchitis. But on March 31, the architect died suddenly.
The cause of death of the physician was called a heart attack. After death, Hadid left only an architectural business.
Now the case of Czachi Hadid is engaged in her partner by Patrick Schumacher, who decided to complete the 36 works of the master remaining unfinished. Among the new brand orders are the construction of a business center in the capital of the Czech Republic and Technopark in the Moscow region.
