Nothing knows about the life of Gregory, except that he lives in Moscow and holds the position of chairman of the volunteer search and rescue squad "Liza Alert". The Gregory career was started with the seller's office in the bookstore, then opened the online store, where he sold phones. Prior to the foundation of the search and rescue squad, Gregory together with his wife led business in Moscow: the family owns the furniture store "MECTER". And in September 2010, the event turned over the life of Grigory Sergeeva and changed it forever.
"Lisa Alert"
In May 2010, Grigory saw a call for help on the Internet: people were urgently needed to find a child who lost in the forest in the vicinity of the village of Chernogolovka Moscow region. On the afternoon of June 19, Alexander Kononov (4 years old) was woranled with his mother in the forest, in the Mozhaisk district of the Moscow region. Then Sergeev realized that he could not stay aside in a situation where a frightened lost child wanders in the forest.
Having arrived at the search site, Grigory found there one representative of the authorities and two dozen tired volunteers, aimlessly wander through the forest. The lack of organization when searching for a child was so surprised by Gregory, which was then the idea of creating a search order for the first time in his head. The child was found in alive three days later, but strongly weakened.
Two months later, the village of Orekhovo-Zuyevo five-year-old girl Lisa went to the forest, accompanied by mentally unhealthy aunt, and both were missing. Gregory with like-minded volunteers rushed to the rescue, as soon as they found out about what happened, but too late. The information about the disappeared child appeared in the media five days later - the girl was found dead.
Sergeeva struck that representatives of the local authorities, according to Grigory, were as used as possible in festive events dedicated to the city's Day, and the missing child was looking for volunteers.
The tragedy, which occurred with a five-year-old Liza Fombina, gave the name of the search and rescue detachment. The prototype of the organization was the international system of alerts on cases of the disappearance and abduction of children "Amber Alert".
Now the organization unites 12 thousand people throughout the Russian Federation. The project is still the founder of Gregory Sergeev's squad. Gregory tells about how to manage people, without having standard levers (salaries, threats of dismissal and other things), hard and void only experienced leaders. Sergeev himself is not just sitting in the cozy headquarters in Moscow, but takes direct participation in search operations, which takes all the time.
Sergeev emphasizes that "Lisa Alert" is an exceptionally volunteer organization, non-profit. The only option to assist volunteers is to give special search equipment: navigators, lights, radio, etc. Representatives of various segments of the population, age and profession come volunteers in Lisa Alert, but they are united by non-uniforms to the problem of people's disappearance in Russia.
Now the organization of the organization is built on several levels. Having learned about the disappearance of a person, first of all, relatives should be applied to the police. If the police, by virtue of different circumstances, begins searching events after 72 hours, then volunteers are proceeding immediately, barely receiving an application. First, the coordination group is created, then the volunteers go to the scene of the incident, interrogate the inhabitants, combine the terrain, put the ads.

Having received information about the disappearance of a person, volunteers immediately lay out his photos and all available information on social networks.
Gregory tells in an interview that three thousand people disappear in the Moscow region for the year in the Moscow region. Most of them are safely returned home, but at least ten percent dying. According to Sergeyev, they can be saved if you start a search and rescue operation in the first day or better hours after the disappearance of a person, which civil services do not.
