Vitaly Kozlovsky was born in March 1985 in Lviv. Father by profession electrician, kind and soft man. Mom worked as an accountant, was strict and principled. In an interview, the singer responds with gratitude about his parents: he and his sister Elena was given freedom of choice in what to do.

In 2004, the Ukrainian came to Moscow for a qualifying round of the "New Wave" contest. The first performance failed.
