The future singer was born on February 12, 1926 in Smolensk. Grandmother Olga Borisovna was a birth from the intelligent noble family. The mother of the artist received excellent upbringing: he spoke in German, playing musical instruments and loved to sing. The girl's father also chose the creative path and sang professionally.
When a little Olga turned three years old, the parents divorced. Father left the family, but continued to communicate with his daughter. Olga Borisovna remained with him in good relations for many years.

Given the talents of the parents, it is not surprising that the girl sang from early childhood. However, the first dreams of Olga Borisovna concerned not the singing career at all: Voronets wanted to become an actress. However, fate ordered so that for the first time a woman was invited to play in the cinema when that was already 60 years old. Andrei Konchalovsky offered the singer role of a rural woman in years. Voronets refused.
In 1943, Olga Borisovna graduated from school and entered the cinema institute. However, after some time, I decided to give preference to vocals and was transferred to the Opera Studio (which was located in Sokolniki) by choosing the separation of the pop song. In 1946, Olga Voronets graduated from studying and joined the pop-jazz orchestra at the police club.

Personal life
