Matt Graining multiplier, the Creator of the Simpsons animated series, came up with Homer and the entire hero family in the foyer of the director's office and producer James Brooks. First, Matt was going to take as a basis for these short films created by him "Life in hell" comics ("Life in Hell"), but realized that from the right to publish an animated version of his own brainchild, would have to refuse and decided to go to another.
