Tais Vest is a real name DJ, was born in the Dutch city of Radis on January 17, 1969. The pseudonym "TiSto" - nickname since childhood, the modified name of the musician, which friends uttered to the Italian manner. Then no one knew that the harmless clinic would turn into a recognizable brand.
The young man began to be interested in music early: at the age of 12, fascinated by the ability of Ben Libranda in direct radio to create remixes, Tais asked her parents to give the "turntable". The guy is so seriously carried away by mixing the parts of the songs that after a couple of months he created the first records and began to perform in his hometown with a "mobile show".
After a couple of years, Tais twisted the plates on school discos, and in 16 he became a resident of the only club of the club The Spock. The absence of other musical places in the vicinity was subsequently a useful musician: he studied independently, developed in the separation from other DJs. Critics and colleagues say it was the cause of the unique musical style of TiSeto.
In the first stages, Tais mixed up modern Dutch music and a new direction of ACIS House, later moved to hardcore techno and gabber.
