Vadim Zakharchenko's childhood was held in the city of Novosibirsk, where he was born on February 19, 1929. In 1945 he entered the prestigious Ukrainian educational institution, the Odessa Sea School named after A. I. Marnesco. He studied Zakharchenko for three years, he had to go to the sea.
