In fact, the evil Side (so in translated from English the name of the punk) called John Simon Richie. A boy was born under the sign of Taurus - May 10, 1957. The biography of the newborn Londonzer was not determined initially. Anne's mother was an unemployed hippie drug addict, and Father John, who worked as a guard, threw his family immediately after the appearance of a sibling.
Ann, grabbing a baby, went to Ibiza, where four years lived. Then Richie returned to England, and the little John had stepfather - Christopher Beverly. At first, the family lived in Kent, then in Sommer, and after a while Christopher died.
In 15 years, throwing school, under the name Simon John Beverly Future LED Vishez entered the college of an artistic direction to study photographic art.
There's a friend John Lidon and came up with the nickname, which is now known to the whole world. Hamster Lyidon nicknamed LED bit the future punk star by the hand, and he exclaimed: "Sid Is Really Vicious!" ("LED really evil!").
In one interview, LED declared that he should not learn or work, he did not like the rules. At the age of 17, having quarreled with his mother, the guy became homeless and joined to squatters - people who are self-relieved in the empty housing. Drunks and drugs (and the own mother taught the Vishez's drugs) was intercourse in rock bands. And the rumble of Punk has become the second "I" for Side.
With musicians from "Sex Pistols" ("Sexy pistols") Vishez met in the store "Sex". Glelen Mattlock, Steve Jones and Paul Cook played here in the evenings of punk rock, and at the same time they persuaded the owner of the Malcolm Maklaren's trading point to become their producer. When the latter agreed, the "SWANKERS" group received the name "Sex Pistols".
Vishez in the renewed group of space was not found, although Vivien Westwood, McLaren's wife, insisted that LEDs became a vocalist. But the place of vocalist went to John Lidon, more famous as Johnny Rotten, that is, rotten.
Music
Side had the opportunity to play the role of vocalist in the group "The Damned", but he lost her, ignoring listening. And soon he took it in its ranks, the group "The Flowers of Romance", and in the fall of 1976, at the first Punk Festival, Vishez was in the epicenter of the new movement, I felt what it was - standing over the crowd, which fell out, seeing you and your tricks.
In 1977, SEX Pistols was part of the SEX Pistols in 1977, to the place of the bass guitarist, which left the lump. Vishez loved to give interviews, posing with photographers. Working in the public led to the fact that it was LED that was the personification of punk rock, although in his asset there are neither the sensational albums, nor world hits - only a few camp versions and only one song written personally.
Personal life
LED and Nancy - these two names have already become nominal. According to memories of people close to Vishez, his girl was a very unpleasant person. But for Side since the dating Nancy Spanzgen became the only one. If you do not consider them a common "friend" - heroin.
Sid became acquainted with Nancy almost immediately after the start of cooperation with "Sex Pistols". Grup with heroin addiction, the girl had a goal - to sleep with the whole group. He began with Steve and John, then got to Sid, and he suddenly lost his head. Few later, Vishez was treated from hepatitis C and more and more fond of Nancy and heroin.
Rotten tried to monitor the friend, the group decayed. In January 1978, Sex Pistols ceased existence. LED and Nancy starred in the movie "The Great Rock and Roll Swindle" ("Great Rock and Roll Slap"), after which LED went to random earnings, and Nancy became the producer of his lover and even organized several concerts in the States.
In the summer of 1978, LED and Nancy went to New York, where they organized their own team "Vicious White Kids", which translated into Russian sounds like "evil white children." But when at the concert Vishez, being under the heroin, lost consciousness, the musicians refused to speak.
In October of the same year, LED and Nancy removed the number 100 in the New York Chelsea Hotel. Then Vishez received money for writing several songs, and $ 25 thousand found a place in the table of the table in the hotel room.
On October 11, local drug dealers received information that two guests from the "hundredth" are not at the price, so need a dose. And on October 12, LED, waking up, discovered his favorite Nancy dead. The girl, bloody, with a knife sticking out of the belly, lay on the floor of the bathroom.

Death
Three months after the death of Nancy Vishez survived several attempts by suicide, another arrest. On the evening of February 1, 1979, LED accepted the next dose of heroin and the next morning did not wake up.
